Ahas Publishers & Books together with its Partners attempts to be as accurate as possible in product descriptions. However, Ahas Publishers & Books does not warrant that product descriptions provided by the Vendors or other content of this Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The responsibility to ensure merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose of the products rests with the Vendor.
All items purchased from ahasbooks.lk are made pursuant to a delivery contract, meaning the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
The Site and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any legal action, dispute or proceeding shall be governed by the Arbitration Act No 11 of 1995 in Sri Lanka. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Services must be commenced within one (01) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.
